Iron Lifting Magnet Rectifier

Iron Lifting rectifier (in other words magnet rectifier) is used to lift iron-like materials by energizing the magnet coil remotely. It’s a kind of electronic magnet. It is also called as crane rectifier.

The output contactor is protected by a special protection unit. More than one crane can be controlled. 120VDC and 220VDC are produced between 1kw – 100kw. Using suitable capacity batteries, it is possible to work safely in case of power failure.

Iron lifting rectifiers (magnet rectifiers) can be produced with special type input and output sockets upon request. Isolated transformer and thyristor controlled. Where it is used, there is very iron dust and moisture. Thanks to the protection measures, it is very resistant products for humid and metallic dust containing environments and do not malfunction.

Optionally, the dry contact information and the operating status of the rectifier are provided to the user. It has the ability to operate the cranes remotely
